Lady, you owe me $200 for the call-out and hook-up fee!” he shouted at Brenda before diving into the cab of his truck and peeling out of our neighborhood.<\/p>\n

The officers approached, and Brenda immediately turned on the waterworks, crying and trying to spin a web of lies about how we were harassing her.
